Telcordia Sues Tellabs After Licensing Talks Fail

Law360, New York (May 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Broadband telecommunications provider Telcordia Technologies Inc. has filed a lawsuit accusing Tellabs Inc. of infringing three patents related to various communications networks products, saying it had failed to reach a licensing deal with its rival after several years of negotiations.

Telcordia lodged the lawsuit on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
