Hamas Bomb Victims Added To Suit Against Arab Bank

Law360, New York (May 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Hundreds of plaintiffs have added their names to a suit against Arab Bank PLC alleging that it promotes suicide attacks and other murderous acts in Israel by funneling money to the families of bombers.

Filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the first amended complaint names 233 new plaintiffs and adds descriptions of 42 attacks alleged in a suit originally filed in August 2006.
