Class Member Can't See Case Files: NY High Court

Law360 (May 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- New York state's highest court has ruled that a class member in a settled securities suit against Computer Associates International Inc. is not entitled to access the class counsel's case files, upholding a decision by a lower appellate court.
