Ford Settles Competition Suit With Dealers

Law360, New York (May 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Ford Motor Co. has settled a battle with dealers who claimed a Ford incentive program amounted to an antitrust violation, ending a case that sputtered from a potential multibillion-dollar class action to the complaints of a handful of dealers.
