DOJ, CFTC Spoofing Cases Show Cooperation Running High

Law360, New York (January 29, 2018, 9:39 PM EST) -- A spate of coordinated spoofing cases against three banks and their former traders are a new high water mark in cooperation between the U.S. Department of Justice and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and bear out commitments to cracking down on manipulation and going after individuals, according to former government attorneys.
