Citing Egyptian Goddess, Fed. Circ. Vacates Verdict

Law360 (May 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has vacated a jury decision that Intex Recreation Corp. did not infringe patents to swimming pools held by Sofpool LLC, ruling that one of the tests of infringement used by the jury has since been eliminated.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on Monday remanded the case to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
