Trojan Condom Maker Says Incentives Are Fair Game

Law360, New York (May 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Condom maker Church & Dwight Co. Inc. is seeking to throw out counterclaims by rival Mayer Laboratories Inc. that it violates federal and state antitrust laws through incentive programs that offer lower prices to retailers that allot extra display space to its Trojan brand.
