BofA Worker Took Trade Secrets To Wachovia: Suit

Law360, New York (May 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Banc of America Investment Services Inc. has accused one of its former account executives of taking customer lists and other trade secrets with him when he left for a new job at Wachovia Securities LLC.

Banc of America filed the suit against Robert Ibrahim on Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. According to the complaint, Ibrahim had resigned for Banc of America the previous day without any advance notice.
