Huntsman's Beef With Banks Going To Jury

Law360 (May 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Texas judge has cleared the way for a June trial in Huntsman Corp.'s multibillion-dollar tortious interference, conspiracy and fraud lawsuit against Deutsche Bank AG and Credit Suisse Group AG over the chemical maker's now-infamous failed corporate tie-ups.

Judge Fred Edwards on Monday rejected all but two of the banking defendants' seven motions for summary judgment in the 9th District Court of Montgomery County, Texas.
