Juniper Wins US Round In Router Patent Feud

Law360, New York (May 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has ruled that Juniper Networks Inc. has not violated a patent in an infringement case with a Saudi Arabian patent holder who sued the technology company in Dubai for infringing a U.S. patent covering router data transmission.
