Ex-Navy Serviceman Wins $12.1M Asbestos Verdict

Law360, New York (May 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former U.S. Navy serviceman who developed mesothelioma after being exposed to asbestos while working aboard the USS Kitty Hawk in the 1960s has won a $12.1 million liability verdict from John Crane Inc. and Lone Star Industries Inc.
