Parents Target Lilly’s Strattera In Negligence Suit

Law360, New York (May 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Eli Lilly & Co. is facing a lawsuit over its attention deficit hyperactivity disorder drug Strattera, which two parents claim caused an increase in suicidal thoughts in their son that eventually led to his death.

Greg and Crystal Rogers filed an amended complaint against Lilly on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, following the lawsuit’s removal from the Stanislaus County Superior Court in September.
