Versata Asks Court To Overturn Verdict For Sun

Law360 (May 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Versata Software Inc. has asked a court to overturn most of a jury verdict that let Sun Microsystems Inc. off the hook in a $100 million lawsuit in which Versata accused Sun of infringing two patents on product-configuration software and breaching a license agreement.
