Insurer's TRO Bid Nixed In $195M Suit V. BNY Mellon

Law360 (May 14, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal court has refused to issue a temporary restraining order requiring the Bank of New York Mellon to return assets of the Regence Group, in a suit that claims the bank violated its custodial contracts with the health insurer by failing to return approximately $195 million of Regence's securities loaned to third parties.
