Law360 (February 22, 2018, 9:56 PM EST) -- A former California judge accused of campaign-related ethics violations and the disbarment of a Kentucky lawyer convicted of a $550 million fraud lead Law360’s The Week In Discipline, which compiles sanctions and conduct charges that may have flown under the radar.


The California Commission on Judicial Performance announced it was beginning formal proceedings against a former judge currently running for state attorney general, accusing him of bringing disrepute to the judiciary by leveraging his title as a judge in campaigning for office.
