Engineer's Semiconductor Patent Claims Mostly Nixed

Law360 (May 14, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out the lion's share of claims by an electronic engineer that Rudolph Technologies Inc. breached the terms of a licensing agreement by failing to develop any technology related to his patents.
