MySpace Hit With Photo Upload Patent Suit

Law360 (May 14, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- MySpace Inc. and a slew of others have been hit with a suit from a video software maker claiming the multimedia companies are infringing a patent for technology that allows users to quickly upload photos.

EasyWeb Technologies Inc. filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York on Monday to assert its rights to U.S. Patent Number 7,032, 030.
