Zimmer Must Face Majority Of NJ Hip Implant Suit

Law360 (February 27, 2018, 9:57 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal court allowed most of a product liability action to proceed against Zimmer Inc., finding Monday that a couple presented plausible claims that the company built a defective hip replacement device and did not provide adequate warnings or instructions about its use or safety.
