FCC's Pai Aims To Increase Use Of Public Safety Band

Law360 (March 2, 2018, 10:07 PM EST) -- Federal Communications Commission Chairman Ajit Pai expressed hope Thursday that after years of consideration, the FCC can take a big step toward opening the rarely used 4.9-gigahertz band to new uses as he laid out the agency’s wireless-focused March agenda in his latest blog post.
