Deals Rumor Mill: Deutsche Bank, Engie, Ri Happy

According to the report, asset manager BlackRock, sovereign wealth funds Temasek and Public Investment Fund and George Soros are among those interested in the offering for Deutsche Bank's asset management unit. In late February, the bank announced that it was listing DWS, confirming rumors that flew days earlier. Reuters' anonymous sources anticipate that the bank will sell one-fourth of the unit's shares for between $1.9 billion and $2.5 billion....
