Deals Rumor Mill: Deutsche Bank, Engie, Ri Happy

Law360 (March 6, 2018, 7:00 PM EST) -- A trove of big-name investors are eyeing a stake in DWS’ initial public offering, Reuters reported on Tuesday. According to the report, asset manager BlackRock, sovereign wealth funds Temasek and Public Investment Fund and George Soros are among those interested in the offering for Deutsche Bank’s asset management unit. In late February, the bank announced that it was listing DWS, confirming rumors that flew days earlier.
