Greenberg Traurig, Gale Seek Ruling In Fee Spat

Law360, New York (May 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Greenberg Traurig LLP and former client Gale Corp. have filed cross-motions for summary judgment in a suit over a disputed $218,500 bill for attorneys' fees stemming from a patent infringement suit against Gale, which makes tools for the cable television industry.

The parties filed their motions on Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, where litigation over the contested fees has been pending since August 2007.
