Recruiter Told To Amend Simpson Thacher Search-Fee Suit

Law360, New York (March 6, 2018, 3:41 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge has urged an attorney recruiter that accused Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP of failing to pay a $937,500 matchmaking bill to amend its complaint against the law firm, saying at a Tuesday hearing it could narrow the dispute and get the case moving.
