7th Circ. Revives TCPA Suit Against Text Message Marketer

Law360 (March 13, 2018, 11:03 PM EDT) -- A Seventh Circuit panel on Monday revived a man’s suit accusing a company of sending him unsolicited text messages in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, finding that he should have had a chance to conduct discovery before the lower court ruled against him.
