4th Circ. Affirms Talent Agency Name Not Infringed

Law360 (May 18, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Finding that the owners of a business called Washington Talent Agency could not prove the name has secondary meaning in the public eye, a federal appeals court has affirmed that a rival who registered a Web site in that name did not commit trademark infringement.
