Nurses Reach $7.2M Deal In Wage-Fixing Case

Law360 (May 19, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Oakwood Healthcare Inc. has struck a $7.2 million settlement deal with nurses who claimed that they were underpaid by hundreds of millions of dollars because Oakwood and several other Detroit-area hospital systems conspired to keep down wages for registered nurses.
