Lehman Wants Answers From Barclays Over Sale

Law360, New York (May 19, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. is seeking permission to look into the facts surrounding the sale of its brokerage unit to Barclays PLC shortly after the financial giant filed for bankruptcy in September 2008, citing concerns that the estate did not receive the right value for the transaction.
