Gym Chain Must Pay Workers Overtime: 6th Circ.

Law360 (May 19, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- National fitness chain Life Time Fitness Inc. must hand out overtime compensation to a group of employees who participated in the company's corporate bonus-pay plan between January and August 2004, an appeals court has ruled.
