WaMu Forced To Wait In Bid For JPMorgan Docs

Law360 (May 20, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A bankruptcy court has declined to rule immediately on a request by Washington Mutual Inc. to examine JPMorgan Chase & Co. records over allegations that JPMorgan sabotaged WaMu before its 2008 collapse.

Judge Mary F. Walrath of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on Wednesday took the arguments by WaMu and JPMorgan under advisement but did not make a final ruling.
