The report comes the same day GSK said it would consider a strategic review of nutrition products, including Horlicks, to fund its $13 billion buyout of Novartis' stake in their consumer health care joint venture. According to Reuters' report, Nestle has expressed interest in the malted milk drink brand behind closed doors. One of Reuters' anonymous sources added that Coca-Cola could be another suitor for the unit....
