Doctor's Insider Trading Suit Moves Toward Trial

Law360 (May 21, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Florida doctor has lost his bid for partial summary judgment in a case that accuses him, his brother and his close friend of illegally trading on inside information about IVAX Corp. and Correctional Services Corp.
