Law360, New York (May 22, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has reserved judgment on preliminary approval of a $350 million settlement agreement in a putative class action alleging that United Healthcare Corp. and its affiliates under-reimbursed health insurance subscribers for out-of-network services, ruling that he wasn't given enough information to determine if the agreement was fair.
Judge Lawrence McKenna filed the memorandum and order May 19 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
