Worker's Retaliation Claim V. General Dynamics Cut

Law360, New York (May 22, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has ruled that a former General Dynamics C4 Systems Inc. employee — who claimed the company misappropriated intellectual property it developed for the government and fired her for complaining about the activity — was terminated as the result of a strategic business decision, not in retaliation.
