Nashelsky's bankruptcy, finance and restructuring practice focuses on representing financial institutions and other creditors and debtors in complex transactional, litigation and advisory work relating to Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, nonbankruptcy workouts, and restructurings and finance transactions. He has extensive experience in real estate restructurings and distressed M&A transactions.
