1st Seroquel Trial Plaintiff Fails To Prove Causation

Law360 (May 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Delaware court has thrown out the first case set for trial among thousands of product liability lawsuits faced by AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP over its blockbuster anti-psychotic drug Seroquel, ruling that the plaintiff's medical expert did not satisfy the threshold for expert admissibility standards.
