Law360 (May 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Courtland Reichman is a partner with King & Spalding LLP in the firm's Atlanta office and chair of the firm's intellectual property practice group. He is a trial lawyer who focuses on patent, trademark and false advertising cases.

Reichman has litigated patent cases in diverse technologies throughout the U.S., and argued over 20 federal appeals, including an argument in the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition to his IP practice, Mr. Reichman has an active pro bono practice.
