T3 Moves To Nix IBM Attys In Mainframe Patent Spat

Law360, New York (May 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Striking back after IBM Corp. sought to disqualify two lawyers representing T3 Technologies Inc. in a testy patent and competition case, the smaller mainframe maker has launched its its own attack on Big Blue's counsel.

T3's cross-motion, filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, claims IBM's attorneys — from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges LLP — gained inappropriate access to T3's working case files through another law firm.
