KPMG Appeals Decision On Executives' Legal Fees

Law360, New York (September 19, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Hoping to get out of paying the legal bills for 16 former executives implicated in a tax-shelter scandal, accounting firm KPMG LLP is appealing a recent court ruling and asking for a delay in a pending civil trial until the appeal is decided.
