RH Donnelley Seeks To Cut $6.4B In Debt In Ch. 11

Law360 (May 29, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Print and online directory company R.H. Donnelly Corp., which has filed for bankruptcy aiming to cut $6.4 billion in debt, plans to ask a bankruptcy judge Monday to approve several first-day motions to allow the company to continue operations as normal.

R.H. Donnelley filed its Chapter 11 petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on Thursday, listing assets of $11.9 billion and debts of $12.4 billion as of Dec. 31, 2008.
