Deals Rumor Mill: Flipkart, UPS, Bank of Nova Scotia

According to the report, the terms of the offer are expected to be on par with Walmart's own bid. Citing anonymous sources, the outlet reported that Amazon's bid includes a $2 billion breakup fee. The report comes weeks after rumors that Amazon was going to compete with Walmart's own move to take a large stake in the Indian company....
