SLB Looks To Boot Goodwin From Slip 'N Slide Suit

Law360 (June 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The former president of SLB Toys USA Inc. has moved to disqualify Goodwin Procter LLP from representing Slip 'N Slide maker Wham-O Inc. in a trademark and trade secrets dispute over outdoor water slide products.

In a motion filed Friday with the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, Brian Dubinsky alleged that Goodwin Procter had acted outside the bounds of reasonable professional conduct by using private documents that were listed on privilege logs to craft at least 99 separate discovery requests.
