LA Tries To Rebuff Police Donning, Doffing Suit

Law360, New York (June 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The city of Los Angeles has asked a judge to drop allegations from a class action brought by police officers and their union accusing it of not properly compensating them for the time it takes to don and doff protective gear.
