Ex-Client Hits Dickinson With $33M Malpractice Claim

Law360, New York (June 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Warrior Sports Inc. has launched a $33 million legal malpractice suit against its former patent attorneys at Artz & Artz PC and that firm's 2007 merger partner, Dickinson Wright PLLC, over the company's lacrosse stick patent that lapsed in 2004 after the firm failed to pay the maintenance fee on time.
