Class Status Sought In Hotel Clerk Overtime Suit

Law360 (June 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The named plaintiff in a proposed overtime class action against hotel management company JHM Hotels LLC is seeking certification of a class consisting of all the front desk managers at hotels run by the company, including Marriott, Hyatt and Hilton franchises.
