Insurer Needn't Cover Faulty-Billboard Deal: Court

Law360 (June 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Addressing a question posed by a federal court, the Supreme Court of Georgia has ruled that billboard owner Trinity Outdoor LLC cannot seek coverage for funds paid without its insurer's consent to settle a suit over an accident involving a defective billboard.
