$2B Chrysler Sale Spat Heads Straight To 2nd Circ.

Law360 (June 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The judge overseeing Chrysler LLC's Chapter 11 case agreed Tuesday to let a challenge to the $2 billion sale of most of Chrysler's assets to Fiat SpA go directly to a federal appeals court, backing Chrysler and Fiat's bid to speed up the appeals process ahead of a June 15 deadline for closing the deal.
