No Smoke But Alarms Are Ringing: Insurance For E-Cigarettes

Law360 (May 16, 2018, 2:39 PM EDT) -- News about e-cigarettes and “vaping” is everywhere, and little wonder: global e-cigarette sales for 2017 exceeded $10 billion, and one source projects sales will reach an astonishing $86 billion by 2025.[1] Vape-pen maker JUUL Labs Inc. alone sells more than 20 million nicotine-containing pods each month.[2]
