Concentrated Natural Gases Pollutants, Judge Says

Law360, New York (June 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- High concentrations of naturally occurring gases constitute a pollutant for the purposes of an insurance policy's pollution exclusion, even if they do not cause injury at lower concentrations, a district judge has ruled.
