AmeriFirst Exec's Mom Cleared In Contempt Finding

Law360, New York (June 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has vacated an order holding the mother of Jeffrey C. Bruteyn, ex-managing director of disgraced AmeriFirst Funding Inc., in civil contempt for violating an asset freeze, but has refused to overturn a contempt order against Bruteyn's former attorney.
