Railroads Sue Kentucky AG Over 'Anti-Blocking' Statutes

Law360 (May 21, 2018, 3:32 PM EDT) -- The lead lobbying group for the nation's largest railroads sued the Kentucky attorney general in federal court Friday, claiming the state is enforcing against railroads a pair of "anti-blocking" statutes that unconstitutionally infringe interstate commerce and are preempted by federal law.
