Foley & Lardner Partner Heads To Commerce Dept.

Law360, New York (June 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The managing partner of Foley & Lardner LLP's Detroit office, Nicole Y. Lamb-Hale, has been appointed deputy general counsel of the U.S. Department of Commerce, where she will bring leadership experience from private practice to manage a department of 325 attorneys.

On Tuesday, Foley & Lardner announced the appointment of Lamb-Hale, who in addition to heading the firm's Detroit office is also a member of its bankruptcy and business reorganizations and finance and financial services practices, as well as its automotive industry team.
